Huahua Oxidation was founded in 2003. It is a modern factory specializing in aluminum oxidation processes. The facility has long been dedicated to aluminum surface oxidation treatment for over a decade, possessing high-end and extensive production experience in aluminum surface and aluminum oxidation treatments.

The company has obtained IATF16949 quality management system certification. It primarily produces and processes aluminum surface anodizing, hard anodizing, conductive oxidation, oxidation coloring, etc. (military parts, aviation parts, high-speed rail parts, optical instrument parts, automotive parts, motorcycle parts, electrical appliance parts) and other aluminum surface anodizing treatments.

The factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters, with a cumulative investment of over 50 million RMB. It has introduced an automatic oxidation production line featuring 9 cranes and 126 units. Large chillers, filters, air compressors, fans, and a pure water purification system realize fully automated management, strictly following the ISO9001 international quality management system.

It has helped and satisfied all customer needs for product surface treatment. Upgrading from semi-automatic to fully automatic oxidation production lines has improved and stabilized product quality.

Quality Management
During daily production, Huahua Oxidation implements strict management, including daily concentration testing of special tanks and temperature monitoring during production.
To meet customer requirements for product quality, professional instruments and equipment are used to test oxide film thickness, hardness, corrosion resistance, lightfastness, conductivity, etc.

Advantages of Automatic Line Management
Continuity of product quality: After product sampling and confirmation of the process flow, different batches can maintain the same thickness, hardness, and color.
Traceability of defective products: The path and time of each product in the automatic line are automatically recorded by the system. If a defective product is found, the record can be retrieved for traceability and a solution provided.
